The short version
When you submit the project form, the information you enter is sent over HTTPS to a Cloudflare Worker and delivered by email to rfi@certifiedlaserscanning.com. Certified Laser Scanning LLC uses the information to review the request, respond, and determine whether the project is a fit. Submission does not confirm scope, price, equipment, or dates.
Information in a project inquiry
The form requests your name, email address, project location, likely service, project type, expected handoff, schedule, and a description of the conditions and decision. Company and phone are optional. Do not submit export-controlled data, protected health information, account credentials, payment information, or other sensitive material through this form.
Delivery and retention
The website does not write inquiry contents to a separate application database. Cloudflare processes the request to provide hosting, security verification, rate limiting, and email delivery. The resulting email may be retained in the recipient mailbox and related business records as needed to evaluate the inquiry, communicate with you, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Retention depends on the inquiry and any resulting business relationship.
Security verification and technical logs
Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates security signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. Hosting and network systems may also process routine request information such as IP address, device or browser information, requested URL, timing, and security signals. The application is configured not to write form contents, email addresses, or names to its operational logs. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Analytics and advertising
No first-party analytics, advertising pixel, retargeting tag, or session-recording script is intentionally included. If measurement or advertising tools are added, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before activation.

The protected form uses Cloudflare services. External links to FARO, Certified Laser Scanning, standards organizations, or other websites leave LaserScanning.io. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
